The 5 Storey unit development with basement parking  consists of 4 units – 1 unit per floor, all of which overlook the Nelson Bay/Port Stephens waterfront.

All units consist of 3 bedrooms and a study. The project required boundary to boundary excavation in sand for the basement with steel sheet piling.
